At Integrator Housing Solutions, our mission is simple – to make complex housing data easy to understand and act upon.
For more than 25 years, we’ve delivered asset management software that helps social landlords maintain safer, warmer, and more efficient homes.

We exist to support housing providers in managing their stock effectively, improving energy performance, and maintaining compliance with confidence.

Our Story

Built on Experience, Evolving with Purpose

Integrator Housing Solutions began more than 25 years ago to give social landlords practical tools for managing their housing stock with confidence.
Now, as part of the Quidos Group, we combine housing and energy expertise to deliver an end-to-end view of asset performance and sustainability.

1990s – Foundations

The beginning of ECMK

In 1990, Vic begins working for a newly founded charity known as the National Energy Foundation (NEF), whose remit is to promote the benefits and ease of incorporating energy-efficient elements into new-build homes.

In the late nineties, the Government starts to appoint training organisations. In 1998, Vic sets up Energy Consultants Milton Keynes (ECMK) and obtains a licence to train surveyors. Only five companies are issued a licence to do the training, and the company sets about training 4-5,000 surveyors.

2000s and 2010s – Innovation

Launch of Integrator Asset Manager

Vic Harrison, Alan Horton start to develop Integrator Asset Manager and the surrounding business. ECMK Ltd. is incorporated in 2003.

Throughout the early 2000s, Integrator cements its reputation as a leading Asset Management solution for housing providers up and down the country.

In a pre-smartphone world, Pocket Surveyor is introduced, for on-site stock condition surveying. Designed for Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 PDAs, it is one of the first digital solutions for surveyors and radically increased the efficiency of survey programmes.

In 2006, EPC Software Limited is incorporated.

2021
